+Monthly PAD Challenge Day 2 — Off
Well two days and two photos, it’s a promising start!
This is the light switch in my office at work. I never turn it on. In stead I have a couple of desk lamps and an uplight. That way I can avoid the inevitable headache from the hideous fluorescent overhead lights.
I used one of my macro filters for this shot which is why the depth of field is so narrow.

Nice light switch, very old fashioned looking. Hate flourescent, used to make me really aggressive in school.
The overhead lights have been disabled on the half of the floor where I sit. It’s really nice, actually. It’s a little dark in the morning, but we have floor-to-ceiling windows on one wall, so for most of the day, it’s perfect.
I love the stark quality of it. Just like the light it produces. Gives it appropriate emotional quality.
