Google TV Everywhere?

It’s taken a while to get going (rather like Android come to think of it, or the tablets) but now it seems like there’s a new Google TV prod­uct announced every month.

This time its the well known name of Net­gear behind the lat­est version.

On the sur­face this sounds like more of the same, com­plete with 2 sided remote. So what makes it worth the extra $30?
