It’s an inter­est­ing pro­gram and when you look at how lit­tle the indi­vid­ual pay­ments are (though it’s Mex­ico so the val­ues would be higher in some other coun­tries) and com­pare it to the costs of those dis­eases, it seems like a worth­while approach.
