Minas Tirith Sandcastle

As a kid I used to build sand­cas­tles. They were mainly just a big mound of sand with a moat round the out­side that I would coax water into.

They don’t quite com­pare to this recre­ation of Minas Tirith from The Lord of the Rings.

    Way bet­ter then any­thing I could do. I usu­ally didn’t bother with cas­tles. I would just go back from the water line a few feet and dig until I made a well. For some rea­son watch­ing that hole fill up with water was the coolest thing.
